نیا اک رشتہ پیدا کیوں کریں ہم
بچھڑنا ہے تو جھگڑا کیوں کریں ہم

خاموشی سے ادا ہو رسم دوری
کوئی ہنگامہ برپا کیوں کریں ہم

یہ کافی ہے کہ ہم دشمن نہیں ہیں
وفا داری کا دعویٰ کیوں کریں ہم

وفا اخلاص قربانی محبت
اب ان لفظوں کا پیچھا کیوں کریں ہم

ہماری ہی تمنا کیوں کرو تم
تمہاری ہی تمنا کیوں کریں ہم

کیا تھا عہد جب لمحوں میں ہم نے
تو ساری عمر ایفا کیوں کریں ہم

نہیں دنیا کو جب پروا ہماری
تو پھر دنیا کی پروا کیوں کریں ہم

یہ بستی ہے مسلمانوں کی بستی
یہاں کار مسیحا کیوں کریں ہم


Why create a new relationship?

 Why should we quarrel if we have to leave?


 Silently perform ritual distance

 Why should we make a fuss?


 It is enough that we are not enemies

 Why should we claim loyalty?


 Loyalty, sincerity, sacrifice, love

 Why should we pursue these words now?


 Why do you wish for us?

 Why should we wish for you?


 What was the promise when we made the moment?

 So why should we spend all our lives?


 Not when the world cares about us

 Then why should we care about the world


 This is a Muslim settlement

 Why do we do the Messiah here?


नया रिश्ता क्यों बनाएं?

 अगर हमें छोड़ना है तो हमें झगड़ा क्यों करना चाहिए?


 चुपचाप अनुष्ठान दूरी तय करें

 हमें उपद्रव क्यों करना चाहिए?


 यह पर्याप्त है कि हम दुश्मन नहीं हैं

 हमें वफादारी का दावा क्यों करना चाहिए?


 निष्ठा, ईमानदारी, त्याग, प्रेम

 अब हमें इन शब्दों का अनुसरण क्यों करना चाहिए?


 आप हमारे लिए क्यों कामना करते हैं?

 हम आपके लिए क्यों कामना करें?


 जब हमने पल बनाया तो क्या वादा किया था?

 तो हम अपना सारा जीवन क्यों व्यतीत करें?


 तब नहीं जब दुनिया हमारी परवाह करती है

 फिर हमें दुनिया की परवाह क्यों करनी चाहिए


 यह एक मुस्लिम बस्ती है

 हम यहां मसीहा क्यों करते हैं?
